Chillmasters Services Ltd is a Manchester-based HVAC contractor working with commercial and domestic clients across the United Kingdom. Our team of F-Gas certified engineers covers everything from single-room air conditioning installs to large-scale refrigeration plant and full HVAC design for new builds.

Are Our Engineers
F-Gas Certified?

Every engineer working under the Chillmasters banner holds the qualifications the law requires — and the experience clients expect.

F-Gas Category 1 Certified
All our engineers hold current F-Gas Category 1 certification — legally required in the UK for handling fluorinated greenhouse gas refrigerants (HFCs, HFOs and blends). Certificates are verified before any engineer attends site.
TM44 Qualified Inspectors
We carry out TM44 air conditioning inspections as required under UK Building Regulations Part L. These reports are a legal obligation for any air conditioning system over 12kW — we handle both the inspection and the paperwork.
Nationwide Coverage
Based in Manchester, we work with commercial and domestic clients across the whole of the United Kingdom. For large-scale contracts or national rollouts, we can mobilise quickly with minimal lead times.
Fully Insured
Chillmasters Services Ltd carries comprehensive public liability and professional indemnity insurance on every project — commercial or domestic. Copies of our insurance certificates are available on request.
